Himemasu & Nijimasu Sashimi Tasting Set
Himemasu and Nijimasu are light yet rich with flavor, and have none of the muddy taste often associated with river fish—so fresh that we can serve them deliciously as sashimi. Himemasu has a clean, refreshing taste.
Nijimasu Marinated Rice Bowl
Fast, affordable, and delicious! Our chef’s signature sauce and a light marinade that preserves the natural umami and aroma make this dish irresistible. Similar to salmon—please give it a try.
